Her family means the world to her and says she couldn't have made any of this possible without them. On October 24, 2009 Angie was blessed with the rewarding opportunity to represent the beautiful state of Utah by being crowned Miss Utah Teen USA 2010. She feels so honored and thankful to have this amazing opportunity and is so excited for her year.
Angie is a very confident, outgoing, driven 18 year old from Manti Utah. She refers to herself as just a “small town girl” with big dreams! Angie is a senior at Manti High School where she is a Varsity Cheerleader. During the summer of 2009, Angie held the title of "All American Cheerleader". Aside from cheerleading, Angie has been involved in speech and debate, theatre, and track during her high school years. Another passion of Angie's is modeling; she has worked with McCarty Talent Agency as a model for the past 4 years.
Because of her love and passion for sports, Angie aspires to become a sports news anchor for ESPN after high school. She absolutely loves all sports and is not afraid to get her hands dirty or try new things. Her favorite vacation spot is Lake Powell, where she loves to wakeboard, jet ski, and soak up some rays. She says summer is the best season ever, and enjoys boating more then anything! Her friends would describe her as energetic, positive, full of life, and very funny!
Angie sees her time as Miss Utah Teen USA as an opportunity to act as a role model for young women in the state and hopes to inspire other teens to become their very best. She is very eager to work with charitable organizations around Utah, and is very excited and feels honored to represent Utah at the upcoming Miss Teen USA Pageant this August! And hopes to make Utah proud by being crowned Miss Teen USA!! :) Thank you to everyone who has made this possible.
